Work closely with Operations Manager & respective Business Consultant to identify the frontline recruitment needs and target to achieve
Understand the McDonald’s hiring framework (i.e. on-site recruitment, crew referral program, hiring the customer, and local community program) and execute recruitment activities accordingly
Recommend various recruitment posting channels, such as social media, print adv. and websites, to ensure reach out to the target candidates
Interview and identify crew on-site and allocate staff to designated restaurant according to the patch hiring needs
Act as ambassador to introduce our job on site to potential candidates and walk them through the job benefit
Prepare contract and necessary documentation before on-boarding
Report recruitment progress to Operations Manager & respective Business Consultant on a weekly basis and develop action plan to achieve target
Assist in supporting different job fairs and recruitment events
Work closely with Training team to ensure new staff ‘s smooth on-boarding
Key Requirement / Competencies
Higher Diploma holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
Over 3 years of frontline recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to F&B, Retail or FMCG recruitment;
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Able to perform multi-task in fast paced environment
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
Proactive, result-oriented and with can-do attitude
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
