You will provide a wide range of human resources (HR) services for part-time staff recruitment, including rendering support to recruitment activities, benefits administration and compilation of management reports. You will also manage staff record in the HR Management System, handle related documentation and take up other ad-hoc or sectional duties as assigned.
You should have Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained” or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including English and Chinese Languages with at least 4 years’ relevant experience. You should be meticulous and a team player with positive and proactive attitude as well as the ability to work independently. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, good sense of judgment and sensitivity as well as hands-on experience in PeopleSoft HR system and various software applications are essential. Experience in supporting mass recruitment is an advantage.
