You will organise, handle and monitor all activities relating to the management of the Corporation’s shopping malls to create a secure, clean and comfortable ambience. You will be responsible for the daily administration and supervision of all operational and management services, including the cleaning, security and technical teams as well as supporting promotion activities. You will wear uniform and perform duties on irregular patterns of hours.
You should have a Higher Diploma with at least 4 years’ relevant experience, or preferably be a Degree holder with at least 2 years’ experience in property management or customer service. Good interpersonal and communication skills as well as proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese are essential. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
