Develop and implement HR strategies for APAC to help business development; set up, modify and update the HR related policies and procedures to meet the varied market trends and business needs across APAC countries; guide and coach management to apply appropriate company policies & procedures, and comply with local labor laws, so as to be in line with P-S-P and Purple Promise
Act as a business partner to provide sensible HR plans and solutions to achieve company goals and development.
Full spectrum of human resources management covering recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, staff relations, training & development as well as other HR functions.
Devise and implement company-wide initiatives such as manpower planning, staff capacity building, performance reward system and staff communication programs, etc.
Partner with the leaders to drive organization development including workforce and skills analysis, succession planning, learning and development planning, change management and communication etc.
Develop and review company policies & procedures/employee handbook to ensure the HR policies & procedures are in compliance with the relevant ordinances and the corporate strategies.
Be responsible for the preparation and control of HR budget.
Prepare relevant reports for management review.
Assist in the development of HR information system to streamline the work processes enhancing operational efficiency.
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree or higher
At least 5 years of solid experience in HR functions, with a proven track record on HR projects and operation;
Knowledge of international freight forwarding industry is preferred
High sense of accountability and commitment
Good analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
Team work, leadership and communication skills
High proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint, etc.
Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese; ability in local language would be a plus.
