Diploma or above (Business Management study is preferred)

Minimum 3 years office administration experience in sizable company mainly in office admin, secretarial or customer service area

Experience in working at fast-paced environment

Knowledge in SAP system will be an advantage

Mature, detail-minded, good interpersonal skill and a good team player

Strong time management, interpersonal skill and project management skill

Result-oriented, able to manage ad hoc duties
